Positions Currently Available:

MANAGER OF OPERATIONS

The Manager of Operations is responsible for supervising and leading the day-to-day operations, financial administration and quality control of utility billing in a high-volume environment. The Manager of Operations will also serve as the liaison/point person with other departments within the organization on invoicing-related matters. Leads improvement on and enforces quality control over all areas that impact billing and revenue. Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance or Business related field with a minimum of five (5) years experience in Utility Billing. Two (2+) years in a supervisory role preferred. Knowledge of MS Office, and strong management and client-service skills a must.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

The Account Manager is responsible for effectively managing a portfolio of key clients, as well as leading and supervising support staff. Establishes and maintains close relationships with clients on several large accounts. Anticipates, meets and exceeds client expectations. BA degree in Business Administration or Management is preferred with five (5) years related experience in the Multi-housing industry. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

The Customer Service Representatives are responsible for maintaining the collections for utility billing, while building relationships with customers and providing important office support. Will also serve as the customer service representative answering inbound customer service calls. Must have basic Microsoft Office skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong communication, 2-4 years of related customer service work experience. Associates Degree in a Business related field is a plus.

BILLING CLERKS

The Billing Clerks are responsible for processing and administering the monthly invoices to charge residents and clients for utility services and products. Assists in monitoring the billing systems for accuracy and timeliness, and in the reconciliation of reports. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and have a basic understanding of accounting principals. Experience in customer billing services and reconciliations is desired.
